Le teorie linguistiche di stampo moderno, come il Cognitivismo, sono state spesso utilizzate come paradigma teorico per l\u2019analisi di testi contemporanei, con risultati interessantissimi, che mi hanno fatto chiedere se l\u2019applicazione delle stesse teorie su alcuni campioni di testo in latino possa rivelarci qualcosa in merito al modo in cui gli esseri umani pensano, ragionano, si esprimono, dai pi\u00f9 remoti tempi fino ad oggi.
