Health is an important factor in the student&#8217;s academic success, and studies show a worrying increase in overweight among children and adolescents. Among the causes of this problem, we mention sedentarism &#8211; lack of movement and disorganized physical activity. The kinesthetic class is a concept that I used with primary school students. I was concerned with finding examples of good practices to improve both the increase in academic success and the student&#8217;s well-being.
