As teachers, guiding refugee students and teachers requires a compassionate approach. We remember that these students embarked on a journey to a foreign country \u2013 Romania \u2013 due to the horrific impact of conflict, violence, and persecution. Their displacement was not a choice, but a necessity, bringing with it the weight of traumatic experiences.
