We are all subject to natural competition as a vital instinct and somewhere there will always be a struggle. Personally, I have prepared myself for this for a lifetime, making the science of fighting a way of life and a profound vocation. Over time, various studies on traditional or modern martial issues have appeared in the specialized literature, from which those interested have been able to draw conceptual, methodological or practical conclusions. The present work, however, illustrates to the reader a sincere analysis of the confrontation at the intersection between the brute force of the techniques used to protect life and the deeply transformative energy proposed by Eastern spiritual traditions, in the connection of the individual&#8217;s consciousness with the active forces of the Universe.
