ATLASUL LINGVISTIC AL DIALECTELOR ROMÂNEȘTI DIN NORDUL ȘI DIN SUDUL DUNĂRII (ALDRO)

The Linguistic Atlas of Romanian Dialects from the North and South of the Danube (ALDRO) is the result of research carried out within the project “Romanian Dialects from the North and South of the Danube in a European Context (RoDial)” PN-III-P4-ID-PCE-2020-0451, funded by UEFISCDI and carried out within the “Iorgu Iordan – Al. Rosetti” Institute of Linguistics of the Romanian Academy in the period 2020-2024. The Linguistic Atlas of Romanian Dialects from the North and South of the Danube (ALDRO), through the comparative presentation of Romanian dialect material, by dialects, demonstrates the unity of the Romanian language in its spatial extension, in a territory of continuum romanicum, both by preserving from Latin some facts at the phonetic, morphological, lexical level and by manifesting independent dialectal trends in the same direction.
