This manual is an intensive study tool designed for foreign students enrolled in the Summer Courses on Romanian Language, Culture, and Civilization organized by the University of Bucharest. Its ten units are structured to ensure the balanced and efficient development of competencies corresponding to the intermediate stage of acquiring Romanian as a foreign language. Tailored to the requirements of a short-term study program (40 hours spread over two weeks), the volume includes theoretical summaries, authentic texts and audiovisual materials, as well as tasks and practical exercises calibrated for the B1 level. Its hybrid format allows for easy use in both guided classroom instruction and independent study.
