Eduard Bogdan Cojanu’s book explores the teaching and learning of Arabic through a pragmatic approach, with the aim of facilitating the transition from theory to practice in the complex context of Arabic pluriglossia. The challenges of this linguistic reality of Arabic are first examined from a didactic perspective, notably through a study of textbooks used within and outside the Arabic-speaking world. These reflections lead to the development of a pragmatic vision of Arabic didactics, with particular attention paid to the applicability of the descriptors of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR).
By aligning the methodology with international standards, this book aims to make the teaching and learning of Arabic more effective by proposing solutions adapted to the specificities of this language to meet the needs of both learners and teachers.
