This paper started from an existing problem in the Romanian education system. Health is an important factor in the student’s academic success, and studies show a worrying increase in overweight among children and adolescents. Among the causes of this problem, we mention sedentarism – lack of movement and disorganized physical activity. The kinesthetic class is a concept that I used with primary school students. I was concerned with finding examples of good practices to improve both the increase in academic success and the student’s well-being. Thanks to the knowledge acquired and by graduating from the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, I can anticipate the positive effects that such a project could have at the national level.
