Starting from the premise that language, the way we express ourselves, both orally and in writing, provides precious data about us, this book tries to draw the readers’ attention to the need to use the Romanian language correctly in all circumstances, to know it from a theoretical point of view, but especially from a pragmatic point of view, that is, from the point of view of its concretization in speech. Through the proposed content, the book aims, on the one hand, to help readers master the vocabulary of our language and, on the other hand, to introduce them to the other basic compartments of the language: phonetics, spelling, orthoepy, morphology, syntax.
